Using a template helps accurately position the letters on the building. Mark the template for exact screw locations. After taping the template to your surface, use its markings to drill the necessary holes for installation.

If your channel letters are illuminated, installing them isn’t the final step—you also need to ensure they’re properly wired to light up. Even if the bulbs are pre-installed in the channel letters, additional wiring might be necessary to connect them to a power source.

While cursive fonts may look appealing on paper, they can be less effective for signage. The large curves of swoopy fonts can make channel letters difficult to read, potentially causing customers to struggle with identifying your business’s name.
